Capabilities:
- Seals and perforates Tyvek®/polyester, and other barrier tubing films including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, polypropylene and nylon with a chevron seal
- Utilizes tube stock, minimizing the possibility of contaminants entering bag that can occur when using pre-made bags on a roll
- Reduces inventory and carrying costs by creating vast range of pouch sizes: 3" to 12" tubing can be used, bay lengths can be created from 3" to 99+"
- Easy integration with most brands of automatic feeding systems
Standard Features:
- Solid 3/8" chevron-shaped, constant-heat seal bar and main seal bar
- High/low pressure and high/low temperature detectors prohibiting seal operations when either is outside or present levels
- I-micron filter to protect bag interiors and contents from airborne particulate
- Mitsubishi PLC with self-diagnostics, gray scale monitor, and recipe management to save multiple unique product configurations
- Available in both vertical and horizontal configurations
- Funnel, stand, casters, HD foot pedal
